What did you know about your brain? Exactly!  It’s been proven by neuroscientific research.  Many athletes and other performers have used their imaginations for years to overcome obstacles and achieve success.  What’s to stop you?

As a result, let’s perform a training exercise.  Begin by squeezing your eyes shut, but resist the urge to nod off.  Even though your eyes are closed, you’re fully aware of what is happening in the outside world.  Even though it’s sometimes referred to as “dreaming,” there’s a key distinction: active dreaming.  Imagine the life you want to lead and how you want it to be like.  What are the first things that come to mind when you close your eyes and contemplate your life goals?  The following are the three steps you need to follow in order to make your goals a reality:
